Bloody Marley – Served long garnished with ‘smoke’ & advice
Reggae Distillate, Smoked Chase, Tomato Juice & Jerk Spices

So long Smokey Peat, it was a long thyme coming. Our new Bloody Mary twist has its (Levi) roots in Jamaica and a pocketful of scotch bonnets and jerk sauce to rub into your face thanks to Matt Whiley, The Moonshine Kid. Still with a faceful of sweet smoke, now garnished with some questionable fatherly advice. If you want our advice next time you’re in London, check out The Talented Mr Fox.

Stockbrokers Breakfast – Served straight up with rasher & pancake
Buttered Wild Turkey 81, Pancake Old Forester Bourbon, Aunt Jemima’s Golden Syrup & Bacon Bitters

The breakfast of overweight, dart-throwing, armchair heroes stripped down to liquid form, all of the wholesome breakfast delights crammed into a coupe. The classic combo of bacon, pancakes and golden syrup is often lost in translation somewhere over the Atlantic. Trying is believing - you’ve probably never tried unicorn steak or Kentucky Fried Swan but you can goddam guarantee it’ll be delicious.

Edison Medicine II – Served long garnished with ‘electricity’ (£2 deposit)
Hendricks, Manzanilla Sherry, Ting, Grapefruit Bitters & Lime

“Genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration” humbly put by big Tom himself. That statement reflects on the development of this drink in absolutely no way shape or form, as somebody invented computers and the internet to make research for our ridiculous garnish possible. An ultra-refreshing long gin drink with an “electric” citrus spark. If you don’t like sherry yet, you soon will.

99 Problems Put A Flake In One – Served straight up garnished with a flake
Stolichnaya, Kahlua, Espresso, Gingerbread, White Chocolate & Vanilla Foam

Between making average drinks and developing poor puns we also like to spit lyrics with the likes of Wray-Z, The Yeastie Boys, Cognac West, Lethal Swizzle and Big L Presidente. After an intense recording sesh we like to chillax, relax to the max, send a fax aaaaaand we’ll just stick to our day jobs.
“If you having beverage problems I feel glad for yo’ son. If you got 99 problems put a flake in one”

Snail Mail – Served in an envelope with lemon fog
Portobello Road, Gancia Bianco, Yellow Chartreuse & Lemon Bitters

Some say keeping a martini in the freezer is like trying to keep a kiss, good thing we love kissing in the freezer. Like the name suggests this old-school drink has taken a long time coming. We like to leave nothing to chance apart from the dilution, the serving temperature, the measurements, the garnish and potential human error.

Oats & Hoes – Served short over ice with ‘biccies and nuts
Oatmeal-Infused Monkey Shoulder, PG Tips, Maple Syrup & Peach Bitters

Ingredients that are truly step brothers, sibling rivals English tea and Canadian maple syrup brought together by the stern parents, Highland oatmeal and old man Scotch. When combined the ingredients create a flavor-led slurred lyrical masterpiece that is smashed over rocks of ice & garnished with biscuit avec merde blanc de chien.

Hop Scotch Negroni – served short over a ball of tropical fun
Portobello Road, Aperol, Cocchi di Torino & Hops Tincture.

Guess you can’t be a cocktail bar these days without barrel-aging something or having a Negroni twist, so how do you kill 2 birds with 1 stone….use a big stone?! Juniper-heavy Portobello gin with hop and citrus tincture, Aperol and our new favourite Cocchi di Torino vermouth….left in a scotch-seasoned barrel, forgotten about and never seen again.
